HEALING TURMERIC MILK

The Perfect Winter Booster

Serves 4

Ingredients

3 cups Coconut Milk
2 tsp Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
2 tsp Sacred Foods Turmeric & Black Pepper Ghee
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Turmeric

2 cloves

1/2 tsp of Cardamon powder
A two inch piece of fresh peeled and grated ginger root or 1/2 tsp ginger powder

METHOD

Add all dry ingredients to the milk in a saucepan. Simmer until it comes to a boil. Strain and stir in the honey/maple syrup and  Sacred Foods anti inflammatory turmeric & black pepper ghee.
