Healing Turmeric Latte - the perfect winter booster
It's been a cold and windy February and my immune systems is feeling rather sluggish at this time of year. Why not try this delicious and healing turmeric latte to give yourself that much-needed winter boost.
- 3 cups Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Sacred Foods Turmeric & Black Pepper Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 cloves
- 1/2 tsp of Cardamon powder
- A two inch piece of fresh peeled and grated ginger root or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
Add all dry ingredients to the milk in a saucepan. Simmer until it comes to a boil. Strain and stir in the honey/maple syrup and Sacred Foods anti inflammatory turmeric & black pepper ghee.
